As one grieves or experiences any type of loss, it can be frustrating to manage complex feelings of suffering and wanting to isolate yourself from the world. It is important to know you are not alone and there is no time limit to process grief.
About the Author
"How Do I Make It to the NEXT," is a profound engaging workbook by Adrianne Ellis. Inspired by a deep sense of loneliness after her husband's celebration of life, she turned to journaling to cope with her pain and grief. Realizing that she wasn't the only one experiencing such emotional turmoil, she created this workbook filled with actionable items designed to assist others healing from grief. This guide acts as a comforting companion, providing support during challenging moments.
